Hello Beautiful! I am Marcie, owner of Marcie Kay Photography and I am thrilled that you have taken the time to stop by my page and check out my work!
I started my photography journey when I was still teaching middle school math back in 2012. With an innate love for the arts, I purchased my first professional camera with the idea of creating art for my home. What started off as a hobby quickly became a successful business and I ended up quitting my teaching job and becoming a full-time photographer in 2014.
I am so proud of the business I have created over the past 12 years! I am extremely fortunate to be a successful entrepreneur creating art as my career and building wonderful relationships along the way. I have learned so much about life, love, family, and friendship over the years of photographing my clients. It has been such an honor to work with each and every one of my beautiful newborn babies, families, newlywed couples, professionals, entrepreneurs, and seniors getting ready to graduate both high school and college. I am so blessed to get to be part of all my wonderful clients’ special milestone moments in their lives. It is truly an honor! My style is a combination of artistic creative posing and creating candid moments to capture your true emotions of love and happiness with your loved ones. If we are doing a business or senior session then we will work together to bring out your personality along with your vision for the perfect photos to represent you at your very best! For your wedding photos I will be there all along the way to help you remember your fairy tale day with a photojournalistic approach to capture your day unfold in a true authentic way!
